"Long blued barrels, chased at breech and muzzle. Locke with wheel spanners. Stocks inlaid with engraved copper and mother-of-pearl. Polygonal pear-shaped butts. From Dupasquier Collection. Provenance: Purchased by William Randolph Hearst from Arnold Seligmann, Rey & Co., Inc., April 24, 1924 for $1108.33; sold to Gimbel Bros., Inc., May 30, 1943 for $399."
